Established in 2021, Boulevard Boutique Aparthotel is a small, family-run property on Bulevardi Fan Noli — right in the centre of Korçë, Albania. We opened with a simple belief: that every guest deserves genuine warmth, personal attention, and a comfortable place to rest.

Unlike large chain hotels, we are managed directly by our family. Every room is personally prepared and maintained by us. We take pride in the details — fresh towels, a spotlessly clean space, and a friendly face whenever you need one.

Korçë is a beautiful city with a rich cultural heritage, vibrant streets, and warm people. We are proud to be part of it, and to share it with every guest who stays with us.

Our Journey

2021

Boulevard Boutique Aparthotel opens on Bulevardi Fan Noli in the centre of Korçë. A family project — built, designed, and run with genuine care and personal attention from day one.

2022

Our first full year of operation. Guest reviews begin to reflect what we hoped for — a warm, clean, comfortable stay in a great location. The first 4.9★ Google rating achieved.

2023

We introduce the Suite with Balcony — our finest room, offering a private furnished balcony with views over the boulevard. Guests describe it as the highlight of their stay in Korçë.

2024

We maintain our 4.9★ rating on Google and continue to grow through word of mouth and genuine guest recommendations. Self check-in introduced to give guests more flexibility on arrival.
